From mastering self-care tasks to excelling in school and engaging in meaningful play, our compassionate Occupational Therapists empower children to achieve greater independence and success in a way that’s natural to them.

Ascend’s Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services aim to strengthen a child’s communication foundation so that they can effectively express their thoughts, needs, and feelings. Our highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologists work with children from infancy through adolescence, helping them to better understand the world around them by addressing concerns related to speech sound development, receptive and expressive language, social and play skills, and so much more.

Our comprehensive standardizes assessment services offer in-depth evaluations, conducted by our experienced team of Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists. and Physiotherapists. Ascend’s Therapy Aide program provides direct, compassionate support for children and their families as they work on their therapy goals, providing opportunities to practice skills in the child’s home or within their community. Therapy aides implement strategies guided by the child’s therapy team, all while making every session meaningful and fun!

Our Group Programs provide a fun, dynamic, and supportive setting where children can learn and practice new skills with their peers. Led by our expert therapists, these play-based groups help children build confidence in key developmental areas, including social thinking, emotional awareness, and fine motor skills. Parenting is a journey you don't have to walk alone. Our Parent Nights are a supportive community space for Ascend families to connect, share experiences, and learn from our clinical team.
