❋ Little Ascenders
Wednesdays 9:30AM-11AM
Toddlerhood is a time of massive growth, big feelings, and exciting firsts. Join the Little Ascenders group for a morning of connection and exploration! We have designed specific play zones tailored for children ages 18 to 36 months, focusing on speech development, fine motor skills, and gross motor adventures.
While your little one climbs, chats, and explores, you can connect with other parents in a supportive environment. We hope you are able to come in, take off your shoes and relax while your little one explores!
As a specialized bonus, we offer the Ages & Stages Questionnaires® (ASQ-3). This distinct tool allows you to check in on your child's developmental milestones. If any questions or concerns arise, Ascend offers direct access to Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists to guide you to the next step.

Parenting comes with questions, and our team is here to help you find the answers. Join us once a month for an evening of connection and expert insight led by our multidisciplinary team of therapists.
Each session dives into a specific topic designed to empower you with practical strategies. From understanding emotional regulation and behavior to navigating motor development, communication milestones, and psychology assessments, we cover the areas that matter most to your family. It’s a space to learn, ask questions, and connect with professionals who care.
❋ Ascending Artists
Thursdays 4PM-5:30PM
Ignite your child's creativity every Thursday! Our Process Art Exploration class is designed for kids aged 5-12, focusing on the joy of making and self-expression rather than the final product.In our fun, relaxed, friendly, and all-inclusive environment, young artists will have the freedom to experiment with a wonderful assortment of mediums—from paint and collage to clay and unconventional materials. This is a space where every child is encouraged to explore their imagination, take risks, and discover their unique artistic voice. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to play and create!
❋ Puppy & Kitty Yoga
Monthly Schedule
Join us for an unforgettable evening of wellness and wagging tails! Ascend Pediatrics is proud to present our inaugural Puppy Yoga event in collaboration with the Cochrane & Area Humane Society.
This 1-hour session is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and boost your mood—all while adorable puppies roam the room looking for cuddles. It’s the perfect way to de-stress and connect with our community.
Summer Camps!
Get ready for a summer of growth! Our revamped camp structure combines clinical expertise of OT & SLP with the joy of summer vacation. Whether working on fine motor skills or mastering social skills, your child will be supported by our fun loving team!
What we cover:
Communication: Speech and language development.
Movement: Gross and fine motor activities.
Connection: Social skills, emotional awareness, and regulation.
Learning: Reading and coping strategies.
Flexible Schedule: Choose the Half-Day option for therapist-led skill building, or the Full-Day option to extend the fun with afternoon activities and games!
