What are Therapy Aide Services?
Think of our Therapy Aides as an extension of your clinical team. They are specially trained to work under the direct guidance of your child's Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, or Psychologist.
The aide's job is to make therapy "stick." They take the goals and strategies from the clinic and help your child practice them in the familiar, comfortable settings of your home, school, or community.

Our Aide program is designed to build confidence and consistency by integrating therapy goals into your child's everyday life.
Play-Based Practice: Our aides are experts at turning therapy "homework" into fun, engaging, and motivating activities. They use play to practice social skills, fine motor tasks, communication, and self-care routines.
Real-World Skills: We bridge the gap between the clinic and real life. An aide can support your child during a trip to the park, a visit to the grocery store, or during their after-school routine, helping them use their new skills when it matters most.
Therapist-Led: Your aide is in constant collaboration with your lead therapist. They follow a unified plan, ensuring that the practice at home perfectly matches the goals set in the clinic.
