This 1-hour session is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and boost your mood—all while adorable puppies roam the room looking for cuddles. It’s the perfect way to de-stress and connect with our community.

Time: Doors open at 5:45 PM | Class starts at 6:00 PM

Who: All skill levels welcome! (Ages <14 must be accompanied by a guardian)
Cost: Minimum $20 donation (All proceeds go to the Cochrane & Area Humane Society)
